Tom was previously Managing Director at Funding Circle, where he led core business functions through a period of rapid expansion, and Vice President of Commercial at healthtech company Accurx. He began his career as a strategy consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), advising leading firms on growth and innovation.
