We’re a fast-growing team on a mission to make Net Zero the obvious choice. Today, we’re a community of 100+ climate tech experts, working across the UK and beyond - and we’re still hiring, fast!

Investing in Leadership and Culture

A great culture starts with great leadership. That’s why we’ve built regular People & Culture check-ins into the rhythm of how we work - creating space each month for managers to listen, reflect, and act on what their teams need.

To support our leaders in growing with us, we launched Manager University - a hands-on learning programme covering everything from mental health and inclusion to feedback and conflict resolution. It’s all part of helping our managers lead with confidence, care, and consistency.

In 2024, we brought our leadership team together for our first ever Manager Offsite - a powerful two days of learning, connection, and alignment. It marked a key step in our commitment to building strong, inclusive leadership at every level of our business.
