Mas began her career as a lawyer at Allen & Overy, one of the UK’s leading magic circle law firms.

She holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification and is focused on building scalable, high-performing teams that support long-term business growth. Passionate about purpose-driven leadership, Mas plays a key role in embedding ESG principles across company culture and operations, all while championing sustainability, diversity, and good governance as levers for lasting impact.
